What We
Are All About |
|
|
| |
The De La
Salle School addresses the educational, developmental, and
spiritual needs of young men in grades five through eight at
a crucial time in their lives. |
|
|
| |
As a
Catholic scholarship school we cultivate a value based
learning environment marked by respect, responsibility,
leadership and service. At the same time The De La Salle School
provides quality education grounded in the basic skills of
reading, writing, and mathematics. Christian character
development guides each student on his path to manhood. |
|
|
| |
The
curriculum at The De La Salle School meets and surpasses the
guidelines established by the Board of Regents of the State
of New York. A small class setting affords each student
individual attention and opportunity to succeed. Competent
and caring State certified teachers work with the students. |
|
|
| |
Local
resources provide students the occasion to participate in
field trips that enrich their classroom experiences. Parents
and guardians are involved as active participants in the
youngster's development. |
